1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Euphorium (the "Platform"), including our website, app and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Euphorium is a marketplace that lets you buy, sell and trade products and services with other verified users. All transactions are protected by our Lockbox escrow system.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must complete NIN verification to become a vendor. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
4. Vendor Obligations
Vendors must maintain accurate product listings. Vendors must fulfill orders within the agreed timeframe. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws. Vendors are responsible for the quality and legality of their products.
5. Lockbox Escrow
All transactions are protected by Lockbox escrow. Payment is held by Euphorium until the buyer confirms delivery. Disputes are resolved through our dispute resolution process. Euphorium charges a commission of 3-7% per transaction.
6. Prohibited Items
The following are prohibited: illegal substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen items, items that violate intellectual property rights, adult content, and any items prohibited by Nigerian law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Euphorium is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and vendors. We facilitate escrow and identity verification but do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items listed.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes.
